Partners
The Rural Support Foundation (RDF), Warsaw, has been operating since 1999, founded as a fusion of the Foundation to Support Supplying the Country with Water and the Agricultural Foundation. The mission of the Foundation is to support economic, social and cultural initiatives of inhabitants of villages and small towns as well as initiatives related to improvement in technical infrastructure of rural areas. The Foundation also supports development of unconventional energy sources.
In the “Razem” Partnership, the RDF functions as the project administrator.
The Koszalin Social and Cultural Association was founded in 1964. The area of its operation is Farther Pomerania. The Association includes 5 specialist groups, i.e. rural group, creative painting group “Papier” (Paper), archaeological group, publishing group and the group working for disabled people.
The aim of the Association includes:
organisation and popularisation of social activity for development of the social and cultural as well as scientific life of Koszalin and Farther Pomerania
running activity for cultural heritage protection
running activities for disabled people
running activities for development of rural areas
organisation of open-air and creative workshops for professional artists as well as children and youth.
In 2004, the Association received the Leon Kronenberg award for its achievements in relation to development of rural areas and taking the 1st place in the District Initiatives League.
In the Partnership, it will coordinate the activities related to development of the villages of Dąbrowa, Iwięcino and Paproty, train managers as well as publish materials on the Internet and run the publishing activity.
The Association for Development of Special School and Childcare Centre and the Village of Podgórki “Razem w Przyszłość” (Together into the Future) from Podgórki has been operating since 2004. The aim of the association is to develop and promote initiatives, attitudes and activities creating favourable conditions for disabled people to be integrated into environment, activities related to preparing them to live in the society, acquisition of practical skills allowing them to properly function in the society, and organisational and material support for private individuals and organisations that take up activities for disabled people. The aims of the association also include:
- creation of rehabilitation and social facilities,
- activities for development of the village of Podgórki,
- activities for environmental protection,
- activities for counteracting unemployment,
- activities for counteracting social pathologies.
In the “Razem” Partnership, the “Razem w Przyszłość” Association will coordinate the Partnership’s activities within the area of Podgórki village and activities related to participation of the Podgórki inhabitants.
The “Hobbiton” Association from Sieraków Sławieński was founded in 2002. The aim of the association is to support development of the civil society, in particular:
- support social activity of citizens, including groups such as: disabled people, seniors, the homeless, the unemployed, children, youth, farmers and other social groups that need support,
- comprehensive activities for NGOs,
- activities for free access to information necessary for development of civil society,
- support charity and humanitarian activities
In the “Razem” Partnership, the “Hobbiton” Association will coordinate the Partnership’s activities within the area of Sierakowo Sławieńskie village and activities related to participation of the Sierakowo inhabitants.
The “Educating Differently” Association (SEI) from Aptynty was registered in 1996. It gathers psychologists, teachers, sociologists, occupational advisers, management, marketing and economics specialists acting for social and occupational development of the country inhabitants. SEI specialists are practitioners with many years of experience in advisory work, training using modern non-directive methods of teaching and evaluation of social and occupational development projects implemented in rural environments. The training and advisory activity of SEI is directed at NGOs, schools, small and medium enterprises and local authorities.
In the “Razem” Partnership, SEI will carry out the temporary and final evaluation of the project.
The “Country Revival” Foundation from Malechowo
The main objectives of the foundation are:
- development and promotion of the Locality of Malechowo,
- improvement of living conditions of its inhabitants,
- supporting the economic initiatives for the Locality of Malechowo and its inhabitants,
- organisational and material support to private individuals and corporate entities and organisational units without legal status,
- establishment of the public upper secondary school, i.e. three-year high school, in the area of the Locality of Malechowo,
- running activity in the field of education, in particular by supporting schools existing within the area of the Locality of Malechowo in taking up the educational, recreational and cultural actions.
